The Story behind our sauna scent
I’m Sallyanne, founder of Holistic Kitchen - a scent-led aromatherapy brand rooted in Aromachology (the science of how scent makes us feel). All my blends are handcrafted using 100% natural ingredients and are inspired by real moments, memories, and emotions.
This scent for Pool Bridge is no different. It’s been made with heart, in collaboration with their team, to support presence, connection, and a beautiful exhale.
When Emma from Pool Bridge Farm came to one of my Aromachology workshops, we began dreaming up a scent that would capture the essence of what their sauna experience is all about: connection, joy, strength, and the feeling of stepping into a new beginning.
From there, we worked together to develop a bespoke essential oil blend called And Breathe, which is designed to enhance the calm, grounding experience of the sauna after a wild swim.
With bright top notes of lemongrass, lemon and sweet orange, it evokes joy, clarity and new beginnings. Bergamot and ho wood bring calm confidence, while frankincense and marjoram ground the blend, offering strength, peace and space to reconnect.
