Welcome to Pool Bridge Farm!

Pool Bridge Farm is a family-run wild swimming, sauna, camping and wellbeing destination set just outside York in the Yorkshire countryside. We have 4 lakes and 5 saunas for you to enjoy and plenty of lakeside spots to enjoy a picnic.

Whether you're visiting for a swim, relaxing in the sauna, staying on our campsite or simply enjoying time in nature, we aim to provide a safe, welcoming and peaceful environment for everyone.

A few things to note:

We are open for day ticket holders from 8am until 8pm we ask everyone to be out of the water by 7:45pm.

All tickets must be purchased online prior to arrival. If there are no tickets available online, we are fully booked, we do not sell tickets on the gate.

Paddle-boarding (SUP) sessions and saunas must be booked in advance.

Whilst we love animals, only assistance dogs are allowed on site please leave your pets at home, this is due to the venue being a nature reserve.

We are an alcohol, smoke and music free site.

We want everyone to enjoy a safe, peaceful and memorable visit. Please take a moment to read the key information below before booking or visiting.

If you're new to outdoor swimming, please research do some research before your visit, this page is a good starting point! ensure you have suitable clothing and equipment, and understand your own health, swimming ability and physical limitations.

We are a non-lifeguarded venue. While comprehensive safety measures are in place, swimming is at your own risk. Before entering the water, please familiarise yourself with the location of the life rings and air horns. Visitors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian with a generational age gap.

Life jackets/PFDS are highly recommended for ALL under 11s, as well as less confident swimmers of any age. PFDS must be worn by all under 18s whilst paddleboarding or kayaking. If a life jacket is required, you need to provide it yourself and it must be worn at all times.

The safety and privacy of our visitors are our priority. We therefore do not allow access to the site for “a look around” and during the summer months our cafe is for ticket holders only.
