Ticket Policy
All tickets purchased for Pool Bridge Farm Ltd are non-refundable.
Tickets are issued for specific dates and constitute a contract for leisure services for a scheduled period, meaning they fall under exemptions set out in UK consumer law (see below).
Changes to Bookings
More than 5 days before your booking date:
You may:Transfer your ticket to another available date (subject to availability)
You are able to make these changes yourselves in your online account
To access your online account simply return to our tickets page, select the my tickets tab and create an account with the same email you bought your tickets with.
5 days or less before your booking date:
Tickets cannot be transferred or cancelled, and no credit or refund will be issued.
Weather Conditions
Pool Bridge Farm is an all-weather venue. Tickets will not be refunded due to poor weather (including rain, wind or cold conditions). We advise all visitors to check the forecast, dress accordingly and come prepared.
If we are required to close the venue due to adverse weather conditions or other safety concerns:
We will issue a voucher for the full ticket value, valid for future use.
We will notify you via email if we believe weather may significantly impact your visit.
If you have heard from us via email then the venue is open and your booking will go ahead.
Cancellations by Pool Bridge Farm Ltd
If your session is cancelled by us for any reason (e.g. technical, operational or staffing issues):
You will be entitled to a full refund to your original payment method, or
A rescheduled visit at no additional charge, at our discretion.
Your Rights Under UK Law
Pool Bridge Farm Ltd operates in accordance with UK consumer legislation, including:
1. Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013
Under these regulations:
Tickets purchased online for specific dated events or leisure activities (such as bookings to visit Pool Bridge Farm) are exempt from the usual 14-day cancellation period that applies to most distance selling.
This means that once purchased, tickets for specific dates are not subject to automatic cancellation rights.
Reference: Schedule 3, Part 6 – Exemptions:
"The supply of services related to leisure activities, if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance."
2. Consumer Rights Act 2015
You are still protected under the Consumer Rights Act, which states that services must be:
Provided with reasonable care and skill,
As described on our website or promotional materials,
Fit for purpose.
If we fail to meet these standards, you may be entitled to a refund, rescheduled visit, or alternative resolution, depending on the circumstances.
