The Basics…

Facilities

  • 5 lakeside saunas (pre-booking recommended)

  • Ladies, gents & accessible toilets

  • Open changing barn with smaller private areas for men and women

  • Mixed-gender changing cabin for sauna users

  • Lockers available—bring your own padlock

  • Showers (do not use to warm up after cold swims)

  • On-site café (Wednesday–Sunday, see below for opening times)

Winter Swimming & Rules

  • Adults-only during winter (18+ for solo swimming; 16–17 may attend sauna sessions with a guardian)

  • Competent swimmers only—able to swim 50m unaided

  • No jumping in except at Q Lake; enter lakes gradually as temperatures drop

  • No alcohol, smoking/vaping, or music on site

  • No pets except guide dogs

  • Spotters & carers must have a ticket (free)

  • Respect wildlife and the tranquillity of the lakes

  • All swimming and use of lakes/facilities is at your own risk

  • Visitors or casual “look-arounds” are not permitted

Tickets & Booking

  • Swimming tickets must be purchased online in advance.

  • Sauna bookings include unlimited swimming on the same day.

  • Moon Swims are limited, separate from day tickets, and must be pre-booked.

  • Waivers are valid for six months and must be up to date.

  • On arrival, check in with a team member before entering the lakes.

The Café

  • Monday: 10am–3pm (hot drinks, soup & cakes)

  • Tuesday: 10am-3pm (hot drinks & cakes)

  • Wednesday–Thursday: 10am–4pm

  • Friday–Sunday: 9am–4pm (breakfasts and lunches available)
