5 lakeside saunas (pre-booking recommended)
Ladies, gents & accessible toilets
Open changing barn with smaller private areas for men and women
Mixed-gender changing cabin for sauna users
Lockers available—bring your own padlock
Showers (do not use to warm up after cold swims)
On-site café (Wednesday–Sunday, see below for opening times)
Winter Swimming & Rules
Adults-only during winter (18+ for solo swimming; 16–17 may attend sauna sessions with a guardian)
Competent swimmers only—able to swim 50m unaided
No jumping in except at Q Lake; enter lakes gradually as temperatures drop
No alcohol, smoking/vaping, or music on site
No pets except guide dogs
Spotters & carers must have a ticket (free)
Respect wildlife and the tranquillity of the lakes
All swimming and use of lakes/facilities is at your own risk
Visitors or casual “look-arounds” are not permitted
Tickets & Booking
Swimming tickets must be purchased online in advance.
Sauna bookings include unlimited swimming on the same day.
Moon Swims are limited, separate from day tickets, and must be pre-booked.
Waivers are valid for six months and must be up to date.
On arrival, check in with a team member before entering the lakes.

Monday: 10am–3pm (hot drinks, soup & cakes)
Tuesday: 10am-3pm (hot drinks & cakes)
Wednesday–Thursday: 10am–4pm
Friday–Sunday: 9am–4pm (breakfasts and lunches available)
