Our campsite is vast, and we do not have allocated pitches, so you are welcome to choose your spot when you arrive. There is plenty of room for you set up camp and camp near friends, so you do not need to worry about space. All our pitches are grass, so whether you have a tent, campervan or roof tent on your car, you can choose any spot- from the shade of the trees to closer to the loos, whichever your preference is. For those with campervans, if the weather has been particularly wet, please give us a call before your arrival, as there may be specific instructions as to the best place to park.

Pre-arrival
Before you arrive everyone in your group must fill out a waiver. These will be checked when you check in.
If you wish to Paddleboard (SUP) or kayak, you will need to pre-book your session. These do sell out, so we suggest you book this as soon as possible, as after booking your camping, these slots are availble to book 3 months in advance. (and will be available online from March). One free SUP/Kayak session per day is allowed per person camping - these are 2 hours long, and you will need your own board or kayak. You only need to book per craft, so if you have an adult and a child sharing a board, you only need one session. If you wish to have more than one session a day, you will be required to pay for the slot.
The code you need to book your free slot is SUPsummer26 this code will only work once for you so please book all your SUP for your entire stay in one booking. If you overbook all your slots will automatically cancelled. If this is your second trip this season email us for an alternative code.
On the day check in with a member of the team before your session so they are aware you are on the lake. Please check your ticket for important safety information. All under-18s will need Personal Floatation Devices (PFD) we reccomend everyone uses them.
If you wish to use the sauna while you are with us, this must also be pre-booked; please see our website for details and how to book- you will not require the Day access add-on ticket.
We are a dark skies site, remember to pack your torch
Groups of over 6 people (including children) must be re-approved via email. If you are coming as part of a group and have not spoken to us about this, please do contact us, as those without pre-approval will not be admitted
Arrival
Arrival at the campsite is from 1 pm, but you are welcome to arrive anytime from 9 am to use the lakes. On arrival, speak to the team, and they will let you know if you can park in the campsite or if they’d prefer you to be in the main car park. Please ensure everyone has completed their waiver to make check-in smoother. If you arrive after 1 pm, you will be able to check in with your car and head straight to the camping field.
You will be given a rear-view mirror hanger when you check in. Please keep this visible at all times when parked and when entering and leaving the site- this will mean that the team know you are a camper".
