Welcome to Pool Bridge Farm

We are very proud to announce that Pool Bridge Farm has been awarded the David Bellamy Gold Award for all of the work it has done for the Wildlife on the Farm.
 

Pool Bridge Farm near York is a well established fishery, campsite and cafe. Boasting five serene and picturesque lakes we offer the complete all year round fishing experience.  All lakes are mature and well stocked with large specimen Common, Mirror and Ghost Carp as well as silver fish including, Tench, Chub, Rudd, Roach, Bream, Ide, Crucians and some very big Perch.

There is the on-site Stables café as well as ladies, gents and toilet facilities to help ensure that your fishing trip is as enjoyable as possible. We offer ample free car parking adjacent to the lakes and have disabled toilet facilities and pegs.   

Showers are provided for those of you that are night fishing on our club lake ”The Q Lake“ - a specimen carp fishing lake built in 2008 for the experienced and dedicated carp angler.

The Camping and Caravanning Club certified caravan park and campsite at Pool Bridge Farm is perfectly located to explore York and the surrounding area. The city centre is a 10-minute drive, or a 40-minute stroll through beautiful meadowland. For those of you who prefer "Glamping", leave your tent at home and stay in one of our Tipis or Timber tents. 

The Stables café is open everyday except Monday. Whether you are fishing or just passing by, please feel free to call in for a bite to eat and a look around the lakes.
