Camping at Pool Bridge Farm

Bookings are NOW open for our Campsite which opens on Fri 22nd March.

We’ve drained the field to make sure even with the unpredictable British weather - the field will always be dry over Spring, Summer, and Autumn. The site due to open he last weekend in April, throughout May and June the site will be running as last year with the current amenities (a few minutes walk from the camping field) with improved amenities planned to be ready for summer.

We hope the campsite will become the escape where swimmers, and their families, will come to enjoy the lakes and company of like-minded swimming folks.

The 6-acre campsite is set in the heart of the farm. This large, flat grass site has large Oak trees around its borders and is situated 250m from the amenities block (from late spring these will be much closer). The campsite is set in beautiful Yorkshire countryside and is the perfect place to explore York and the surrounding Yorkshire area from, with York city centre only a 10 to 15-minute drive or a 20-minute cycle ride along a bridleway away.

The campsite is also in a ‘dark area’ with limited light pollution making the star gazing, weather permitting, very special indeed.

Please note: There are NO ELECTRIC hookups, no wi-fi and limited phone data, therefore switch off your devices and enjoy the peace and quiet.
